This isn't really surprising but it is sad nevertheless. I don't think people truly realize just how dangerous a bee colony collapse it. This isn't just about expensive honey. It puts into jeopardy the whole modern mass agricultural system we have in place.
A study showed that neonicotinoid pesticides exposure replicated exactly the colony collapse that scientists have been attempting to explain definitively for several years.
